Is it possible to hack Lime SMSC 2.3.3? What is needed?

I was thinking of a possible solution. If you open the GPS box and attach a arduino to the communication cables to the main board and then purchase a ride legally.

Then you remove the GPS box and make it send am exact copy of your legal ride over and over again.

Would this work? This would be the cheapest and easiest way if it does work. I really want to try this.
This method would probably work with all brands of scooter.

Lime does not have SNSC models anymore and does not have an snsc 2.3.3.
