I think I understand what you did ...
I need to take care of this to not do mistakes
That is what I have originally on the bottom of the battery case :
Hi,dijkie wrote: ↑Fri Feb 18, 2022 3:54 amoriginally the charge connector is directly connected to the + and - connections of the battery.
but the BMS i use, has a separate charging circuit. so you need to use 2 different connector pins for charging
so i cut the red and black of the charge connector, underside battery unit, and soldered them to the middle pins.
then inside batterypack, use these 2 wires to connect to the BMS charging circuit.
on the picture you see bottomside, wire output from battery, 2 thick red/black is output.
the other 3 thinner wires where for old controller, not used again.
then other from charge connector, i soldered them to middle wires.
meassured for room, but also next to batterypack, inside the frame, there is less room to fit a controller.
so i think i'll go ahead and order a 1000W, 43mm thick controller and try to work that inside the footboard, make it thinner or take out a piece of the underside footboard and work with that.
waiting a couple of weeks for Ali.....
