got it running, but it stops within 1 minute.
then powercycle and you can go again.
seems like controller is running hot or in protection and i need a more powerfull one.

all the rest works.

of the "instrument" line, cut the red wire and place key interlock in between, to have some theft protection."

Don't you think that it is rather the battery that is going into sleep protection after 1 minute ?

Can you measure the + and - output of the battery during 1 min and see if it goes to 0v ?

no, headlight and displays stays on, voltage stays the same.
controller cuts output to motor.

now trying to find other suitable controller with max fit height of 40mm and more power.

On the Lime Gen3, I have installed that scooter controller and it still works good :

The price was around 40€ 3 years ago ...

You juste have to keep and use the original stock throttle

Here it is on Ali :

The version with 500 w power would be enough ?

yes, i have found that one, but ...
450W Controller overall size: approx. 110x85x43mm

500W Controller overall size: approx. 146x85x43mm

and there is only 40mm room inside the footboard to fit a controller.

i have to look if there is more room next to the battery compartment for a controler, then i need longer cabling to the motor

Yep I know what you mean ... pretty thin footboard

Or maybe the controller box can be reworked with 4 mm of less height ... can be risky

What do you think ?

to work 1,5mm off, on both sides, with grinder, might work.
cooling wise this will be good, heath will be transferred to footboard.

will meassure to see if it will work, or can fit elsewhere.

So will you go for and buy that scooter controller model with 500W or 1000W power ? Or another one ?

500W Controller overall size: approx. 146x85x43mm

Hi Dijkie,

Could you help me to know where exactly do I have to dig/drill to fall under the battery frame screws.

It seems they are four screws on the black plastic battery frame.

PS : Actually I don't understand how is fixed the black battery frame :?:
Because there is no screws behind the scooter frame ...

The screws are behind the battery. The only way to get the battery out is to drill the hole/holes in the back, remove the battery then the screws that hold the Black battery case are towards the back.
