Hai Dijkie
I already invented it..
You connect both brakes to the split cable. Split cable on the green cable,
Red on Red,
black on black,
Green along with White on Gray ,
engine stops when you brake.
Functions perfectly.

Hai Iddik,

Have you looked in the settings of the Display?
Under P05 you can choose between Power Gear and 3 gears mode, maybe this is the solution success
Hello

Yes I have tried the display settings with P05.
There is 3 or 5 or 9 gear level function, I know that.

I think my display lcd meter is not correct (lcd S866) I have the E10 communication error code.

I'm waiting for a new one.

connected the 3 wires of the brake sensor as in your picture, this is working !
thanks.

and not only the motor stops, it also brakes on the motor.

i made a long run of about 20km.
you can read the battery voltage on the display while driving.
started full, about 40V, max speed then is about 32km/h
after 20km it dropped to 31V with a max of 28km/h
then only 1 digit left on the battery, so was glad to be home

Hi can someone explain me how to bypass this battery y prefer if you draw a plan it will help me alot you are the boss
you shouldn't bypass a BMS.
the BMS is there for a reason.
it protects the battery from overloading.
it balances the cells in the pack
it protects from shortcut
it protects for over temperature
it protects for overcurrent

bypassing BMS can cause fire and other damage to the batterypack.

but..
to bypass, simply find the - and + and connect these straight to the output pins

Have you set the Ampere correctly on your controller? And another question, how many Volts come out of the yellow/black cable with me 38 V, but that is normally 5 volts for the lighting.
I don't think there are any Hall sensors in the motorwheel.
I checked the Lime motor controller and the 3 wires are for + - and temperature.

yellow/black gives about the battery voltage.
but it is limited in current, the lighting is LED, these need a current source.
as protection i now installed a LED driver for 350mA.

in my controller you cannot set the current.
the motor can deliver 200W, with 36V that is about 6 Amps

Hall sensors should work, at least the controller gives the correct speed in the display when driving.
i haven't taken the motor apart, only opened it to count the magnets.

I’ve been following you guys to try to get my Lime gen4 v2 to work. I’ve used all the exact same parts and methods that were used by dijkie. I’ve been able to get everything working… except the rear wheel turns in reverse. Has anyone else had this issue? How do I fix it? Change the motor wires around? I have the motor connections on green to green, yellow to yellow, and blue to blue. Any help is greatly appreciated!
