Luckily whomever has done this was not malicious.

They've altered the audio files on the lime. Nothing else has been touched, however all scooters in Brisbane now have a funny attitude.

The easiest way i can think of is hardware hack. Just put your own player instead of stock one and plug it to the speaker.

apparently only 8 were hijacked, so perhaps a juicer that was playing around or they only hit a few of them?
