I flashed the lime 3.0 successfully, it worked immediately after writing the hex file,
, headlights came on, the green light and the taillight.
Great, but another question how can you turn it off now (that the lamps go out until next time (how do you turn it on again)
after a short while he asks DONE? may I confirm that ???

Thanks to Jose Cuervco, for giving me the file from a american Lime Gen3 we have now a unlocked 25kmh Version of the
.hex for the Lime Gen3. You can download it

Goto Lime File Hex Backup and take the 25 kmh unlocked Version. You can then flash it on your scooter and drive 25kmh.
I will see if i get it done to make the Scooter faster, but actually i am not able to find how the limiter exactly works, iam not so
familiar with software but i think sometime i will find out.

hey, so i tried flashing the lime gen3 controller using st-link v2 and stm32 st- link utility, but when i try to connect target, it says "cannot connect to target!" what is the problem here? i connected every cable from lime gen3 controller to st-link v2 correctly. Please help!

I know that we don't have the schematics of the controller but, we can still reverse the PCB itself.

I have reversed the PCB (partially) and started to create schematic.

We can then inject this new firmware into the original controller and if all goes well.... it should work ?

can you double check you have that resistor R24 on the pcb, next to the pin header?


edit: actually you can flash the controller, it is the same. I just soldered that missing 100R resistor, now the controller can receive the unlock msg on RX pin. Not sure why the resistor was missing on mine
