I'm trying to unlock ninebot es4 from voi. I do not have much ideas, I already have it disassembled and I do not know if replacing motherboard or ignition button. A technician told me to replace bms battery and ignition button. I need help and power among all to get it.

hi! i have a scooter from Voi with the code ninebot es4 Can i make it like a personal scooter? I think to change dashboard and controlboard is it enough that, or should i have to do something else?
